Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required


Experience: Experience an asset


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Nursing home


Specific Skills: Interview patients and review reports from health care professionals to determine patients' current and potential functioning levels, Prepare a treatment plan for each patient, Implement treatment plans, Observe and analyze patients during treatment sessions, Record observations, write progress reports and consult with other health care professionals to evaluate treatment plans


Security and Safety: Immunization records, Criminal record check
