Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required


Experience: 5 years or more


Languages: Speak English, Read English


Work Setting: Commercial dental laboratory


Area of Specialization: Ceramic or porcelain application


Additional Skills: Train and supervise other dental technicians or dental laboratory bench workers, Perform supervisory and administrative functions for the dental laboratory


Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Ability to distinguish between colours, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Other Information:Certified Crown and Bridge laboratory in Calgary is seeking an experienced technologist with management potential. Advanced technical education and certification is preferred (LVI, Pankey).
