Title: Recreational therapist (SUMMER STUDENT Recreational Aid)  

Terms of Employment: Seasonal, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day

Salary: $15.12 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: calgary, Alberta (1 vacancy) 

Skill Requirements:


Education: Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of university


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable


Experience: Experience an asset


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Rehabilitation centre


Area of Specialization: Recreational therapy


Specific Skills: Record observations, write progress reports and consult with other health care professionals to evaluate treatment plans, Initiate, design and implement specialized therapy programs


Security and Safety: Basic security clearance


Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Attention to detail, Physically demanding
